Winner of HealthTech Award 2025

Winner of HealthTech Award 2025 is Geras Solutions!

The jury’s motivation:
Geras Solutions is awarded this year’s Healthtech Award for its groundbreaking digital solution for the early detection and assessment of dementia. At a time when dementia is becoming an increasing global public health challenge – due to an aging population – Geras Solutions offers an innovative tool with the potential to transform healthcare.

By enabling self assessment at home or in the clinic, without the need for expert healthcare personnel, their solution lowers the threshold for evaluation and helps reduce the stigma surrounding cognitive decline. The digital assessment contributes to identifying dementia at an earlier stage, which is crucial for initiating the right interventions in time. This results in a faster path to diagnosis and appropriate care for the right patient.

Geras Solutions combines technology and science in an exemplary way – their proprietary, validated research models form the foundation of a unique, clinically useful application. The tool saves valuable time for healthcare professionals and makes dementia care both more efficient and more accessible.

For its high level of innovation, clinical relevance, and clear societal value, Geras Solutions is a highly deserving recipient of the HealthTech Award 2025..
