The Integrated Care Consortium (INCA HEALTH) has reunited five partners with the objective to provide a telemedicine platform addressed to multimorbid patients, their caregivers and professional team.

INCA HEALTH is formed by:

DOOLE HEALTH, the Coordinators and providers of the technological platform.

2 clinical partners, the Fight Infections Foundation (FLI) and the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP).

2 research partners, the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and the Norwegian Centre for E-health Research (NOR).
